We’re looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Restaurant and Bars Attendants to join our dynamic team and help us deliver unforgettable moments to every guest, every time.

Reporting to the Director of Restaurants & Bars, you'll be the face of our vibrant food and beverage spaces, delivering warm, genuine service while maintaining the high standards of Kimpton and IHG. From morning lattes to evening cocktails, you'll play a key role in crafting memorable guest experiences across our outlets.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with energy and personality, ensuring a warm and professional experience
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to a high standard
• Follow correct service sequences and maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation of the outlets
• Upsell and suggestively sell food, beverage, and conferencing products to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue
• Ensure accurate cashiering procedures and adherence to cash handling and security protocols
• Work as part of a tight-knit team, participating in briefings, training, and ongoing development
• Communicate guest feedback and any service concerns promptly to supervisors, supporting timely and effective resolutions
• Maintain product knowledge and assist guests with recommendations

What We’re Looking For:

• A vibrant and engaging personality with a passion for hospitality
• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment is preferred
• A solid understanding of food and beverage service standards and RSA compliance
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make every guest feel welcome
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is essential
