We are looking for an Experienced Duty Manager to deliver our Service Style, Mission Made Easy, which is built upon three Service Behaviours that drive everything we do:

The Role
We're looking for a flexible Duty Manager, someone smart and considerate - a problem-solving genius that takes pride in creating and delivering great customer experiences. Can adapt to new surroundings and teams very quickly.
The Airport hotel can be busy and chaotic at any given time with delayed flights, disrupt flights and a lot of requests from guests, you need to be ok working in this environment and can thrive in the busy times, the many requests all whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Working with the Senior Duty Manager and Hotel Manager, you'll lead the team to success, rolling up your sleeves and working side by side to deliver a superior product. You'll take responsibility for compliance and quality, including the satisfaction of both our guests and staff - ensuring brand and company standards are maintained.
About You
- Proven experience within a similar role or capacity
- Full of energy and thrive in a busy environment
- Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written form
- Professional and personable, with a can-do attitude.
- You're pre-equipped with sound judgement, even under pressure – you'll have a heap of responsibility right off the bat
- You make calm, collected decisions – even when the clock is ticking
- You will be required to hold or obtain a First Aid certificate and an NSW RSA Certificate
- Has a drive and passion to deliver different service standards.
