Position Overview:

As a Kitchen Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen and food & beverage areas are sparkling clean and ready for service. You’ll monitor stock levels, help with food preparation, maintain dishwashing equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Your attention to detail will help us provide the best possible environment for our chefs to create culinary masterpieces and for our guests to enjoy their meals in a clean, welcoming space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, dishwashing areas, and all food & beverage outlets.
• Ensure dishwashing machines and equipment are in top working order and follow food safety standards.
• Assist the kitchen team with food preparation and general duties, promoting teamwork and communication.
• Keep track of stock, help manage deliveries, and ensure proper storage of goods.
• Follow all food safety guidelines, including cleaning schedules, temperature checks, and documentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness of staff areas and support overall kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
