Position Summary: At voco™, every day is an opportunity to shine as a host. As our new Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, ensuring our hotel facilities are always in tip-top shape. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll tackle everything from fixing equipment to addressing HVAC issues, all while collaborating with front office staff, management, contractors, and guests. Your mission? Keep everything running smoothly so our guests can focus on enjoying their stay.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Fixer: Repair hotel equipment, facilities, and tools, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Liaise & Lead: Work closely with our team, contractors, and guests to address and resolve maintenance issues.
• Safety First: Ensure all engineering activities are executed safely, on-time, and in line with compliance standards.
• Project Pro: Working alongside Engineers and Tradesman
• Guest Whisperer: Enhance guest satisfaction by quickly addressing their needs and ensuring their comfort.

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
• Team Player: The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Communicator: Outstanding communication skills and the knack for building rapport.
